This album was a pleasure to create, and the recipient loved it, which always makes me so happy! I wanted to make sure I loaded this album with tons of photo and journaling space, because of course there will be lots of those for such a special event. Royal Blue and black were the colors requested, and I think those colors really go quite well together, don't you? So, let's get started with all the pages and details.
The cover! Pretty black and blue papers and graduating embellishments decorate this special album. "Class of '15" of course has a front cover place and I wanted to add inter-actives even there. I put pockets all the way across the bottom cover with mats/tags that can hold pictures and or journaling. Also on the bottom of the larger pocket there is a side stop saying "We Did It" that holds another mat/tag.
The spine is adorned with various ribbons in the complimentary colors of the album. A jeweled owl also resides on the spine, after all you have to have an owl on a graduation album as they are representing 'wise'!
Here's a close up of that 'wise old owl' decked out in all his sparkly jewels!
Album opened to show all 3 of the good size mats/tags in the bottom cover pocket.
Close up of the mats/tags from the cover pocket.

Yep, it's a large one!
Open the flap (that has the pocket with the booklet), and you have a huge mat/tag slid under the base page ribbon.
Huge mat/tag removed to show the cool base paper.
Look at the size of this mat/tag!
Everything back in place and of course you have to have a giant mat/tag in each and every page. Each page has a giant top pull mat/tag, I have pulled this one out a bit to show.
Pages 2 & 3. Lots and lots of photo/journaling space.
Page 2 has a corner side pocket which is decorated with a cute wise old owl. He is dimensional which adds interest to the page. Inside that pocket is a booklet to hold more photos/journaling.

Page 5 has 2 big envelopes with the tie/loop closures. They are embellished with a tiny diploma on one and year book on the other.
Inside the envelopes are large mat/tags with ribbon pulls. What a great place to put special pictures and write some private notes and keep them out of view.
Pages 6 & 7, so pretty!
Page 6 has 2 sweet envelopes with cards inside. Simply slip the envelope flap out from under the ribbon to access the cards. Some dimensional accents on the page dresses it up nicely.
Envelopes open and cards slid part way out to show, another great place for private notes or journaling and photos. Maybe some notes about future hopes and dreams now that they have graduated.
Page 7 has a bottom waterfall of sorts. A cool blue ribbon congratulating the graduate adorns the first flap.

Open the flap and the base page is visible. There is a bottom pocket that holds 2 large mats/tags. The inside flap could easily hold a nice 5x7 picture or a couple 4x6s.
The open flap also folds down and it exposes a nice corner pocket with 3 mats/tags. It also shows the huge area for more large photos.

This page has a large bottom pocket that also opens. It holds a booklet inside the pocket and a magnetic flap that can also be moved and would hold a photo or momento.
this is the magnetic flap...holding a momento seems like a good idea to me.
Close the flap and the pocket holds the booklet.
A nice big booklet to hold nice big pictures.
Page 11 is one of my favorite things..... a waterfall. I love these because they hold so much in such a small space. This waterfall will hold 11 4x6 photos easily.
Another peek at the giant top load mat/tag.
Page 12 and inside the back cover.
Yes I did, I added yet another waterfall that also holds another 11 4x6 photos. I wanted to make sure there was so much space in this album to house all those precious pictures and journaling.
The inside back cover has a bottom corner pocket that holds 2 sentiment mats/tags. The glittery phrase on that pocket is ' The Graduate'.
A large mat/tag and a smaller one reside in that pocket.
Inside the back cover and inside the right spine and magnetic flap.
