Spring Is Coming ATC Set

What fun these were to make, after finding the retro looking seed packets. I fussy cut them taking pictures of the people, butterflies, words and flowers to embellish the beautiful background papers I used on the ATCs. Time to Flourish papers were perfect for the backgrounds offering rich colors and perfect themes. Pop dotting the embellishments gave them some pizzazz and dimension. The butterflies antennas were made from wire as fussy cutting tiny think antennas was a bit much ....hehehehe....wire ladies is the way to go. I have included a supply list and welcome any comments and questions you may have.

Encased Mini Album DT project for Country Craft Creations

I am happy to share with you today my newest project: An Encased Mini Album! Graphic 45 Time to Flourish is the paper collection used on this creation and is one of their newest paper lines. I enjoyed making this one, something a little different and one that could be displayed easily as it stands alone nicely.

The above photos are the front and back of the case that holds the mini album. The case is constructed from two 5 X 7 canvases that are hinged together. I used the Graphic 45 papers and cut a parts to decorate the case, I also fussy cut from the papers to add to the embellishments.

Once opened, you will find the mini snuggled inside.

The mini is four pages, however, it has a lot of interactives. There are flaps on every page along with tags and belly bands that hold tiny trifold booklets.

Materials List:

Graphic 45 Time to Flourish Collection

Key Necklace DT Project for Scraperfect

Today I would like to share a project I made using some supplies I had on hand and thought they would make a very cool creation. Here is a list of the items used:

Scraperfect Embellie Gellie
Scraperfect Best Glue Ever
Old Key
Old Chain
Old Bracelet pieces
Rhinestones
Jump Ring

First I cut off one of the ends of the old bracelet and applied some Best Glue Ever so I could attach it to the top of the key.

I ran a bead of Scraperfects Best Glue Ever down the center valley of the key so I could attach some of the small pearls from the bracelet and some black rhinestones.

This part was made easy using Scraperfects Embellie Gellie to pick up those small embellishments and place them right on the glue bead.

Next was to attach the jump ring to the embellished key.

Then slide it on to the old chain.

Voila! Finished! What a cool 'retro' necklace this is! Vintage jewelry and colored rhinestones can be used to make a lot of great creations! I will be making more embellished keys to use as embellishments on other projects love how they turn out!!

Thank you for stopping by, I will be posting more projects this week, feel free to leave comments or ask questions, I welcome them all.

It's a keeper!

Good Morning Everyone! Looks like we are going to be getting some snow later today here in Missouri. We have really been lucky this winter and haven't had much inclement weather, works for me!

I have been working on a new project and will be posting a video and pictures in the next few days. I'm excited about this one, it's a new one for me, but it has been really easy to create. This creation would make a perfect gift or an excellent 'display piece'. Stay tuned folks, it's a keeper!
